Our driver will transport logs to your stacking area or stack your logs in the desired location, neatly and tidily.
We strongly recommend that this is in a purpose built log store, shed or garage as we cannot guarantee your logs continued dryness after delivery if they are stored anywhere else.
Please pay close attention to the stacking option you are ordering. Please call if you are at all unsure.
Stack Option 1: Access to drop log bag directly next to the store or wheel it on our trolley and have the logs stacked for you. OR you are an OAP or Disabled in which case this includes transport to store and stacking in the store.
Stack Option 2: Logs require barrowing or carrying to the stacking area and stacking for you. Max 20m from roadside.
Point to Point: We will barrow or carry your logs and tip them next to your store for you to stack yourself. Max 20m from roadside.
We reserve the right to withdraw Stacking Option 2 and Point to Point delivery during peak times. We will always try to fit in the full stacking service for those physically unable to do so themselves.
Parking on your drive or on street parking immediately outside your house must be available or we cannot carry out this service.
Access to your storage area must be wide enough for a wheel barrow or sack barrows (60cm) and no more than 20m from where our vehicle is parked.
